Jayne Fan is the Project Manager responsible for implementing
improvements to the Commercial New Construction software,
and focuses on translating Program Manager, Project Manager
and Division needs into user-friendly results. Jayne also
represents PG&E in a statewide tracking and market-penetration
study of the Savings By Design Program. Jayne has over nine
years of experience working in energy efficiency including
residential, commercial and industrial/agricultural.

Steve supports the Industrial Component of the SBD Program
utilizing his 23 years of project management and engineering
experience in power generation, environmental compliance and
energy efficiency. Steve is a registered PE in Mechanical
Engineering and Chemical Engineering and a Registered Environmental
Assessor. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science (UCLA) and a Master
of Science (MIT) degree in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA
degree.

Fred
supports the field representatives and Technical Application
Services, including software assistance and Title 24 interpretation.
He is also responsible for reviewing Savings By Design projects
for accuracy and feasibility. Fred graduated from Sonoma State
University with a Bachelor in Environmental Technology, emphasizing
in Energy Management and Design. Fred has two years of experience
as an energy analyst at energy consultation firms.

Keith

Keith
brings to the job diverse experiences from within and outside
of PG&E. Prior to his current role, he managed PG&E's
residential HVAC program and from 1999 to 2001, the Residential
Contractor Program. Before joining PG&E, he managed energy
services programs for electric and natural gas utilities in
NC and FL for over 16 years. Upon completing his undergraduate
degree in environmental studies and earth sciences at UNC-Wilmington,
Keith worked at the USDOE's Argonne National Laboratory on
a database of occupational health and safety statistics that
was used in an electric-hybrid vehicle development program.
Keith also holds a MS in Management from Florida Tech.
